NVIDIA GeForce 545.92 driver available for download, optimized for Alan Wake 2 & Ghostrunner 2

NVIDIA just launched a new driver for its graphics cards. This new driver, the NVIDIA Game Ready GeForce 545.92 WHQL, is designed to make Alan Wake 2 and Ghostrunner 2 run really well on your PC.

This driver also fixes an issue that could cause the desktop colors to turn overexposed after closing a VR app.

However, this driver doesn’t bring any extra changes, fixes, or performance boosts for other games. So, if you’re not playing Alan Wake 2 or Ghostrunner 2 right now, you don’t need to bother with this driver update.

For those wondering, our DLSS 3.5, Ray Tracing and Path Tracing benchmarks for Alan Wake 2 were with this driver. NVIDIA had already provided us with this driver, which is the one we used in order to test the game. As such, our benchmarks are up to date. Speaking of Alan Wake 2, we also expect our PC Performance Analysis to go live tomorrow. So, stay tuned for more.

Like always, you can download the new NVIDIA driver from this link. I’ve also included below its full list of tweaks, fixes and changes.
