NVIDIA just launched a new driver for its graphics cards. The NVIDIA GeForce 551.23 WHQL driver aims to offer optimal performance in TEKKEN 8 and Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League. Plus, it’s the recommended driver for Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth.
With this new driver, players can turn on NVIDIA Ultra Low Latency Mode for all DirectX 12 games. When you switch it on, ULLM will make your PC respond faster by reducing the render queue. It’s a cool feature that may interest some of you, so be sure to give it a go.
For those wondering, this driver packs only one game fix. This new fix is for Forza Horizon 4. Thanks to the new driver, Ansel and Freestyle filters will no longer cause the game to crash. So, if you are not interested in the aforementioned games, you can skip this driver.
The NVIDIA Geforce 551.23 WHQL driver will also fix the horizontal band issues that could occur when cloning a G-SYNC display to HDMI monitor. Additionally, the driver resolves some display flickering issues that could happen on the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060Ti.
NVIDIA has also launched the NVIDIA RTX4070Ti Super GPUs. As such, this new driver adds official support to it. The green team plans to release the NVIDIA RTX 4080 Super on January 31st. So, in theory, we’ll get another driver at the end of this month.
Like always, you can download the new NVIDIA driver from this link. I’ve also included below its full list of tweaks, fixes and changes. So go ahead and read them.
