NVIDIA has released a brand new driver for its graphics cards. According to the release notes, the NVIDIA Geforce 552.44 WHQL Driver offers optimal experience in the latest games, including Homeworld 3 and Ghost of Tsushima. So, let’s take a closer look at it.
NVIDIA says this new driver is ideal for Ghost of Tsushima. GoT will support DLSS 3 FG from the get-go. So, this new driver should offer full support for it. And if you’re excited about Homeworld 3, this driver also gives full support for its DLSS Super Resolution tech.
It’s also worth noting that this driver adds a resizable BAR profile, which means the game should run smoother when it comes out. So, if you’re keen on playing Ghost of Tsushima, make sure to grab and install this latest driver.
Just to let you know, this driver doesn’t have any other fixes. So, if you’re playing Horizon Forbidden and have Reflex set to “On + Boost,” you might still notice lower GPU usage. Also, if you’re playing Tekken 8 on a GeForce GTX 10-series GPU, you might still get random crashes during gameplay.
And that is that. If you are not planning on getting GoT or Homeworld 3, you can safely skip this driver. As said, there aren’t any additional tweaks, fixes, changes or enhancements.
Like always, you can download this new driver from this link. Below you can also find its complete changelog.
