NVIDIA has released a new driver for its graphics. According to the release notes, the NVIDIA Geforce 572.47 WHQL Driver adds support for Marvel Rivals which now supports NVIDIA DLSS 4 Multi-Frame Gen.
Moreover, this new driver adds support for the GeForce RTX 5070 Ti GPU. So, if you’ve purchased it, you should download and use this driver.
It’s also worth noting that this driver packs stability fixes when waking up your monitor from extended sleep time. So, if you’ve suffered from such issues, you should install this driver.
For those wondering, the NVIDIA Geforce 572.47 WHQL Driver does not have any specific game fixes. As such, it’s a nothing-burger for those who are not planning to play Marvel Rivals and do not have an RTX50 series GPU. In other words, you can safely skip it.
From what we’ve seen, NVIDIA hasn’t shared any new version of the NVIDIA App. Thus, MFG is still not available in any other games. However, you can use Smooth Motion to get a driver-based Frame Gen for the games that do not have support for DLSS 3. We’ve covered this tech, so be sure to read our impressions of it.
Speaking of NVIDIA, it appears that some RTX50 series GPUs have shipped with fewer ROPs. Those affected by this issue can request a replacement. You can check the ROPs of your GPU via the GPU-Z information tool.
