And here we go. Nvidia will be holding an event this Thursday and Friday, in which it will unveil some new ‘awesome’ stuff. As Nvidia’s AndyBNV revealed, the green team will begin press presentations at around 10am PST tomorrow, and the press will be able to livestream, liveblog and tweet about it.
Obviously the big question here is what could be Nvidia showing during its event. At this point, our guess is as good as yours. Nvidia may showcase its Battleboxes, though some suggest that a new edition of its Titan card may be unveiled. Moreover, the green team may give us a glimpse at what they’ve been gearing up this whole time (regarding PhysX as well as its new GPU, codenamed Atlas).
Let’s not forget that back in September, Mark Rein claimed to have seen the most amazing thing by Nvidia, and that it was not a new GPU.
So, what can you look forward to you ask? Well, we may get some new PhysX tech demos, information on an API similar to Mantle (doubtful but you never know), battleboxes being demoed live, or a new details about the company’s next high-end GPU?
We’ll be sure to keep you posted, and hopefully Nvidia will not disappoint with what it has in store for us!
