Bloober Team has revealed that Observer System Redux is a next-gen remake of >observer_. While it looks more like a remaster, Bloober Team claims that the game has been rebuilt. This remake will feature new story content, and will come out in Holiday 2020. Moreover, you can find an official trailer below.
According to the team, Observer System Redux will feature next-gen graphics. However, this trailer does not look next-gen-ish at all. I mean, it looks better than >observer_, but it’s nowhere close to what we’d expect from next-gen hardware.
Bloober Team has also not clarified whether Observer System Redux will release on the PC or not. At this point, there are no platforms for which this game will come out.
As its description reads:
“Veteran Observers can dive deeper into this dystopian reality thanks to expanded gameplay and brand-new story content, while newcomers will get the chance to experience this cyberpunk thriller in all its chilling next-gen glory.”
Enjoy!
