Bigben and Kylotonn Games have announced the official PC requirements for WRC 8. According to the specs, PC gamers will at least need an Intel Core i3-540 or an AMD Phenom II X4 940 with 4GB of RAM. Moreover, the game will only support DX11 and will require an Nvidia GeForce GTX 560 or an AMD Radeon HD 6870.
On the other hand, Kylotonn Games recommends an Intel Core i7-3770 or an AMD FX-8350 with 8GB of RAM. As for the recommended GPU requirements, the team suggests an Nvidia GTX 780 or an AMD R9 290.
As we can clearly see, the game will not require a high-end PC system. However, I’m also not sure whether, in 2019, WRC 8 will be able to impress PC gamers. Hell, I don’t even know whether it will look better than DiRT Rally 2.0.
But anyway, WRC 8 will feature new off-road physics for all surfaces, a completely redesigned Career Mode, extreme and dynamic weather conditions. The game will also come with 52 teams, 14 countries, over 100 special stages, weekly challenges and an eSports mode.
This new WRC racing game will release on the PC in September 2019, and below you can find its full PC system requirements.

Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
