According to some leaked documents from Capcom, Okami HD has sold more than two million copies worldwide on all platforms. Not only that, but the PC version has outsold the PS3, PS4 and Xbox One versions.
Going into more details, Okami HD has sold 536K copies on the PC. The only platform that was able to top the PC was Nintendo Switch, in which Okami HD has sold 600K copies.
Here are the game’s sales figures per platform.
- Nintendo Switch – 600K
- PC – 536K
- PS3 – 529K
- PS4 – 445K
- Xbox One – 121K
Okami HD came out on the PC in 2017 and its initial version was locked at 30fps. The game currently has Very Positive Reviews on Steam, however, the game is still locked at 30fps. So yeah, not an ideal gaming experience.

Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
