Midgar Studio has announced that its open-world JRPG, Edge of Eternity, is now available on Steam in Early Access. This Early Access release features a small portion of the world, and the start of the story, and the team aims to fully release the game in 2020.
During this Early Access phase, Midgar will release new chapters of the story , allowing players to continue the story. Moreover, the game’s visuals will get better overtime (or at least that’s what the team implies).
Players will still have access to the game’s open world, where they can complete side quests, explore, find interesting nooks and crannies, and experiment with different builds for their characters, and the world will be expanding as the time goes by.
