Epic Games has announced that over one million gamers have played Fortnite: Battle Royale on its first day. And to be honest, this figure comes as no surprise as Fortnite: Battle Royale is currently available for free on PC and current-gen consoles.

Powered by Unreal Engine 4, Fortnite: Battle Royale is a PvP mode for Fortnite that puts 100-players on a giant map with destructible environments, where they’ll combine their Fortnite building and combat skills to be the last one standing.
