Great news for old-school FPS fans as Painkiller’s remake, Painkiller: Hell & Damnation, is currently available for pre-order on Steam. By pre-purchasing Painkiller: Hell & Damnation on Steam, you can help unlock special rewards, such as access to the beta, a Multiplayer Body Skin DLC Pack, and a Free copy of Painkiller: Black Edition.
Players can either pre-order the standard version (priced at 19.99 euros) or the Collector’s Edition (priced at 29.99 euros). The Collector’s Edition of Painkiller’s remake comes with the game’s Soundtrack, Making Of Video, Limited Collector’s Edition Singleplayer Tarot Card DLC, Limited Collector’s Edition Multiplayer Body Skin DLC, and more.
Painkiller: Hell & Damnation is a modern remake of the Classic shooters, Painkiller and Battle Out Of Hell, that is powered by Epic’s Unreal Engine 3. The game features 14 adrenaline filled levels, including 4 Boss levels, over 30 of the nastiest, darkest creatures from Hell, devastating and unique arsenal of weapons, Singleplayer and Co-operative Campaigns spread across 4 Chapters, as well as PvP and PvE Multiplayer modes.
We should also note that Painkiller: Hell & Damnation’s soundtrack is forged in the same furnace as the weapons (hint: heavy metal), and is a Steamworks title.
