Crimson Desert new feature-2

Pearl Abyss has shared the PC requirements for Crimson Desert

Although Crimson Desert targets a late 2025 release date, Pearl Abyss has shared its official PC system requirements. So, let’s see what PC system you’ll need in order to run it.

Crimson Desert will be using Pearl Abyss’ own engine, the BlackSpace Engine. And overall, the game looks great. From what I can see, there is also no downgrade. To its credit, Pearl Abyss was able to match the quality of its early demos. So, kudos to the devs for not dropping the ball.

PC gamers will at least need an AMD Ryzen 5 2600X or Intel Core i5-8500 with 16GB of RAM and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 or an AMD Radeon RX 6500 XT. The game will also require 100GB of free disk space.

Pearl Abyss recommends using an AMD Ryzen 7 7700X or Intel Core i7-13700K with 16GB of RAM and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER or AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT.

Sadly, the team did not reveal the graphics settings, resolution and framerates these PC specs target. Moreover, these PC requirements may change. After all, the game will come out in almost a year from now.

Crimson Desert is a game I’m really looking forward to. So, let’s hope that it will be worth the wait.

Stay tuned for more!
