Last month, we informed you about a Photogrammetry mod for Skyrim that updated its rock textures. Created by modder ‘jd941’, this mod was available for the original Skyrim. Thankfully, modder ‘LupusHegemonia’ has brought this Texture Pack to the Special Edition of Skyrim.
This Texture Pack features 4K and 8K textures, normal maps, defuse maps and pumping maps. Moreover, LupusHegemonia has made some personal changes to the textures/normal maps, and is offering two alternative versions (the one is from the original author and the second is from LupusHegemonia).
As LupusHegemonia noted, he basically de-saturated the colors and made them (almost all) grey-tone rocks.
“There are brown too, but not so many and NOT SO bright/saturated. My textures are also edited (I made changes, fixes, editing, adding more on the rock surface, etc) and they are 4K (defuse files) and the rest are 2K.”
Those interested can download the mod from here.
