Project CARS fans, get ready for some more news about your favourite racing game. Slightly Mad Studios’ Ian Bell recently revealed on NeoGAF that this next-gen racer will support Nvidia’s APEX tech. Although we don’t have more details about it – and don’t know whether this feature will be coming on next-gen consoles or will remain exclusive to the PC – we can only imagine what smoke and rain will look like when powered by it. Let’s hope that Nvidia and Slightly Mad Studios will reveal more in the coming weeks. Ian Bell Christopher Dorn have also shared some – older – tech videos from Nvidia, showcasing what APEX is all about. Enjoy!

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
