PUBG Corporation has announced that PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is free to play this weekend on Steam. For the next three days, PC gamers will be able to download and play this battle royale game.
Players participating in the PUBG Free Play Weekend who have not purchased the game won’t have access to the in-game store. Moreover, the team is offering this weekend the game with a 50% discount.
With exception to the in-game shop, Free Play Weekend participants will have access to the whole game. Furthermore, free weekend players will receive the same rewards as regular players do.
Naturally, all in-game rewards and achievements such as Pass rewards, BP, XP, and RP obtained during the Free Play Weekend will transfer to the full version (once and if you purchase it).
PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is a battle royale shooter that pits 100 players against each other in a struggle for survival. Players can gather supplies and outwit their opponents to become the last person standing.
You can download and start playing the game from here.
Have fun!
