Remember when we informed you about Flying Cafe’s science-fiction adventure that is powered by the Unigine Engine? No? You should be ashamed of yourselves then as Cradle looks gorgeous and you can view below its first gameplay footage. Cradle is a science-fiction first-person quest with freedom of movement.
The story is built around the relations of the protagonist and a mechanical girl, who by enigmatic circumstances find themselves together in a yurt among the desert Mongolian hills. The player is to restore the lost functions of his companion’s mechanical body parts and together reveal the mystery of the neglected entertainment park found not far from the yurt.
Cradle is currently slated for a Spring 2012 on the PC and you should definitely keep an eye on it.

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2. John has also written a higher degree thesis on the “The Evolution of PC graphics cards.”
