As we’ve already said, it’s not a matter of “if” but a matter of “when” Red Dead Redemption 2 will come out on the PC. And according to the European retailer, MediaMarkt, Red Dead Redemption 2 will be released on the PC sometime in 2019.
MediaMarkt is Europe’s largest retailer of consumer electronics so this could be a valid source. However, and as with all such leaks, we strongly suggest taking it with a grain of salt. While the game is currently listed for the PC, it does not confirm the existence of a PC version.
Moreover, MediaMarkt has listed the game for a December 31, 2019, release. Now obviously this is a placeholder however we are not certain whether the game will come out before or after that date. Yes, MediaMarkt hints at a 2019 release however this can be considered – at least for now – a rumour and nothing more.
Now this isn’t something new as Rockstar did the exact same thing with Grand Theft Auto V. As such, and unless Rockstar’s withholds the PC version for a possible next-gen remake, we should hear more about Red Dead Redemption 2 PC in mid-2019… hopefully.
