Cyberpunk 2077-new

Report: Cyberpunk 2077 E3 2019 demo was running on NVIDIA Titan RTX & Intel Core i7-8700K

Last week, we reported that the E3 2019 demos for Cyberpunk 2077 were running on the PC and not on current-gen consoles (PS4 Pro or Xbox One X). Now I’m pretty sure that a lot of our readers were wondering what were the PC specs of the machines that were running these demos, and fortunately now we know.

Spieltimes has reported that the E3 2019 demo for Cyberpunk 2077 was running on a PC system that was equipped with an Intel Core i7 8700K CPU and an NVIDIA Titan RTX graphics card. CD Projekt RED has also used 32GB of RAM and an SSD.

Here are the full PC specs of the machine running the E3 2019 demo for Cyberpunk 2077.

  • CPU: Intel i7-8700K @ 3.70 GHz
  • Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX Z370-I GAMING
  • RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws V, 2x16GB, 3000MHz, CL15
  • GPU: Titan RTX
  • SSD: Samsung 960 Pro 512 GB M.2 PCIe
  • PSU: Corsair SF600 600W

Unfortunately, we don’t have a confirmation of the resolution and the details that were used. We also don’t know whether the current E3 2019 build can run smoothly with the Ray Tracing effects that CD Projekt RED and NVIDIA announced a while ago (although from earlier reports it appears that the game runs smoothly).

We expect the final build to run smoothly so you most probably won’t need a Titan RTX in order to enjoy the game on its highest/Ultra settings (though we can guess that an RTX2080Ti or an RTX2080 will be recommended for gaming at 1440p).

Cyberpunk 2077 is currently planned for a April 16th, 2020, release!
