MoonGlint has announced a new free PC game that is powered by Unreal Engine 4 and is heavily inspired by the classic Resident Evil games, RESIDENCE of EVIL: The Game. In order to celebrate this announcement, the team has also released the first screenshots that you can view below.
RESIDENCE of EVIL: The Game is a third-person game that uses fixed camera angles like the first Resident Evil games. MoonGlint claims that the game will feature a new original story with its own unique cast of characters, however it feels more like a fan “re-imagination” of the first Resident Evil game.
The entire ROE team will playable in different parts of the game. RESIDENCE of EVIL: The Game will feature puzzles, hidden rooms, as well as multiple enemies to defend yourselves against.

John is the founder and Editor in Chief at DSOGaming. He is a PC gaming fan and highly supports the modding and indie communities. Before creating DSOGaming, John worked on numerous gaming websites. While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2. John has also written a higher degree thesis on the “The Evolution of PC graphics cards.”
