While the livestream for Resident Evil Village is currently underway, Playstation Asia has gone ahead and made its entire video available a bit earlier. In this video, Capcom has confirmed that the PC demo will go live on May 1st. Moreover, you can find a new gameplay trailer for the game.
Do note that this is a limited demo that will be available only for one day. This demo will give you 60 minutes in order to explore the village and the castle areas.
Resident Evil Village will be using the RE Engine, and promises to elevate the survival horror experience to new heights. Set a few years after Resident Evil 7, the all-new storyline begins with Ethan and his wife Mia living peacefully in a new location.
The first-person action in Resident Evil Village begins when players assume the role of a distraught and shattered Ethan. Ethan seeks to uncover the mysterious new horrors that plague a once peaceful village. Throughout this terrifying journey, players will fight for every breath as they face vicious new enemies.
As AMD revealed last month, Resident Evil Village will officially support Ray Tracing on PC. Furthermore, here are the game’s official PC system requirements.
