Deep Silver and Piranha Bytes released the first episode of the ‘making of’ video series for Risen 2: Dark Waters. In this episode, the developers Piranha Bytes lead us on the path of development of a believable fantasy world. Risen 2 looks definitely better than its predecessor, although we can’t say that we are utterly impressed with its visuals. But then again, who cares as both the Gothic series – prior Gothic 4 – and the first Risen were all about their gameplay. And we are pretty sure that Piranha Bytes will deliver once again. Risen 2: Dark Waters is slated for a 2012 release on current generation consoles and PC!
