Ubisoft has announced that Rocksmith+ will release on PC on September 6th, and will have over 5000 songs at launch. And, in case you did not know, Rocksmith+ will be an interactive music learning subscription service. So yeah, pay attention to that “subscription service“.
According to Ubi, Rocksmith+ will include songs from The Clash, Juan Gabriel, Eurythmics, Cake, Muddy Waters, Natalia Lafourcade, Alicia Keys, Boston, Martinho Da Vila, Peter Tosh, Santana, Van Morrison, and many more.
Rocksmith+ will have features such as real-time feedback, which continuously tracks and analyzes your performance while providing instant recommendations. It will also pack a suite of practice tools that you control, such as Riff Repeater, Adaptive Difficulty, and more.
Players will be also able to connect any electric, acoustic, or bass guitar to their PC with the Rocksmith Real Tone Cable. Do note, though, that the game package won’t feature any connection equipment!

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
