Cradle Games and tinyBuild have announced that their upcoming dark Sci-fi RPG, Hellpoint, has been delayed. Hellpoint was targeting an April 2020 release, however, it now aims to come out at the end of Q2 2020.
As the press release reads, Cradle Games is planning to use the extra development time to incorporate all the feedback they have received from players of the recently released free chapter, The Thespian Feast.
Cradle Games and tinyBuild have also released a new short teaser trailer. This trailer focuses on the game’s 3D-printed protagonist, the artificial human known as The Spawn.
Matt Boudreau, Creative Director at Cradle Games, said:
“In light of the unprecedented events facing the world, we have been forced to postpone the launch of the game. We plan to use the additional development time not just for polishing, but also to address the feedback we’ve gathered and make Hellpoint an even better gaming experience for everybody! The feedback of the community had such enthusiasm and energy.”
Enjoy!
