That’s hilarious. Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 has seen a number of delays and although City Interactive had zeroed in an August 21, 2012 launch date for its release, it seems that the game will get slightly delayed once again. According to Eurogamer, City Interactive’s FPS title is now scheduled for an October 9th release on current generation consoles and PC.
Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 was initially stated for a March 14th release, when it got delayed until late Summer. In April, City Interactive announced that the game would be finally hitting stores in August 21st.
According to City Interactive, Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 is the only multi-platform FPS modern shooter exclusively designed around the sniper experience and, thanks to the advance capabilities of the CryENGINE3, delivers graphically stunning environments, more diverse sniper challenges, a rebuilt AI system and the “one shot; one kill” precision that made the original a worldwide hit.
Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 promises to offer the ultimate test of lethality for sniper fans. Well, that is if it gets released in the long run and if it isn’t overshadowed by other triple-A releases.
