Okay, there is nothing stopping this crowd-funding campaign for Star Citizen. Its campaign has already broken all fan funding records, something that should really excite Chris Roberts and his team. Therefore, we are happy to report today that Star Citizen’s funding campaign has just surpassed $22 million. That’s a huge amount of money pledged for this PC exclusive space title, so kudos to PC gamers for supporting it.
According to its official website, Star Citizen will now support a Facial Capture System. Facial Capture System is a technology that uses a series of cameras to capture real heads and import them into the game, and this will let the team more easily create a variety of realistic characters.
When the game’s funding campaign hits $23 million, a Xi’an Scout space craft will be unlocked.
Enjoy!
