Great news for fighting fans and owners of iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad devices, as Capcom has just released a new version of Street Fighter IV. Street Fighter IV: Volt promises to perfect the acclaimed iOS fighting game with the addition of WiFi support for V.S. mode. Players can now battle fighters on opposite ends of the earth for the coveted “World Warrior” title.
Street Fighter IV: Volt for iPhone is played in the classic Street Fighter 2D perspective with additional 3D camera flourishes. A unique four-button “Visual Pad” control system allows players to execute moves through multiple key combinations and shortcuts making the game accessible to casual players, while still challenging to hardcore fans.
Street Fighter IV: Volt features seventeen playable characters including three never available on iOS before – Balrog, Vega and Cody. Additionally, players can unlock special avatar bonuses by playing V.S. matches via WiFi and Bluetooth.
Street Fighter IV: Volt’s fixed price is $6.99

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
