Bossa Studios has announced that Surgeon Simulator 2013 has sold over two million copies worldwide. That’s a huge number of copies for such a game, so kudos to the team for achieving something that seemed impossible a couple of years ago (I mean, let’s be frank here; who would have thought that Surgeon Simulator 2013 would be such a success?).
Henrique Olifiers, co-founder of Bossa Studios, said:
“Thanks to everyone who has played Surgeon Simulator and made it such a global success. It has been really amazing to see this title go from a game jam project to a full release across multiple formats and is testament to the originality and creativity we nurture here at Bossa Studios.”
In order to celebrate this announcement, Bossa Studios is offering Surgeon Simulator 2013 with a 75% discount for 24hrs from today on Steam, and with a 50% reduction for the rest of the week.
Enjoy!

Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
