In the past couple of years, we’ve seen numerous hints towards a PC release of Halo: The Master Chief Collection. And yesterday, tech journalist Brad Sams, who has a notable record with Microsoft leaks, claimed that this Halo collection will be coming soon to the PC.
Brad Sams claimed in his latest video that Microsoft has been working on the Master Chief Collection for the PC, and that it is getting close to release.
Sams speculated that an E3 2019 announcement is plausible, though things could get even more crazy with a stealth launch during this big event. Of course this is speculation at this point and nothing more, however it appears that the collection is indeed coming to the PC platform.
Of course this does not really surprise us. Last year, 343 Industries stated that it has heard PC gamers loud and clear, and that it is aware of the PC request.
It will be interesting to see when Microsoft will announce the PC version of Halo: The Master Chief Collection. Phil Spencer claimed that Microsoft has prepared some PC announcements for E3 2019 so perhaps this is one of them?
As Phil Spencer has stated:
“I know we’ve talked quite a bit over time about what we want to deliver for the player on PC, but at E3 this year, and throughout 2019, you’ll begin to see where we’ve been investing to deliver across Store, services, in Windows and in great games. It’s just the beginning.”

Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
