Fntastic just announced that its new open-world MMO survival game, The Day Before, is set to launch on December 7th. To make the announcement even more special, the team has also unveiled a new trailer. You can check it out below.
The Day Before has been delayed multiple times. In October 2021, Fntastic claimed that the game would come out in June 2022. Then, in March 2022, the company delayed it until March 2023. In January 2023, the game was once again delayed until November 2023. And now, the game targets a December 7th release date.
Now the good news here is that Fntastic has re-launched the game’s Steam store page. The Steam store page was taken down due to a trademark/copyright claim. So I guess Fntastic was able to resolve it, which means that this is a real game and not something like Abandoned.
The Day Before promises to take you on a thrilling adventure in a post-apocalyptic world. The game is set in the present day on the US East Coast after a dangerous pandemic.
During its Early Access phase, The Day Before will be playable in multiplayer. Players can team up to explore New Fortune City and the area around it. They can fight with real-looking weapons, complete quests, make their own houses, get cars, see the day and night change, and deal with deadly infected. The company says the game will be in Early Access for about 6-8 months.
Lastly, you can find here its official PC system requirements.
Enjoy its latest trailer, and stay tuned for more!
