Electronic Arts and Bioware have announced that the open demo for Anthem is currently live and available for download to everyone. The open demo will run until February 3rd and will give you an idea of what you can expect from this new multiplayer game.
In the Open Demo, players will start out as a level 10 pilot with a fully equipped javelin of their choice. Players can unlock a second javelin of their choice (either Ranger, Colossus, Storm, or Interceptor) at level 12 and their level will be capped at level 15 for the Open Demo. Furthermore, players will also be able to personalize their javelins and change their loadouts to equip any new gear or weaponry they get on missions.
In case you are wondering, there hadn’t been any major changes between the VIP and the Open Demo. VIP gamers can obviously play the demo and their progress will carry over to it, however most of the game’s issues are still present (Infinite Loading for example and the awful mouse controls).
Last week, Bioware listed the changes and improvements that will be coming to the final version so we suggest reading them (before or after trying the Open Demo).

Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
