While Civilization: Beyond Earth was able to steal The Sims 4’s thunder last week, Maxis’ life simulation title has reclaimed its throne. Thus, The Sims 4 is once again the best selling PC game in UK. On the other hand, Sid Meier’s turn-based strategy game is still selling like hot-cakes on Steam as it’s – once again – the best selling title on Valve’s platform.
In UK, The Sims 4 is followed by Farming Simulator 15, Civilization: Beyond Earth, Lords of the Fallen and Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor. In sixth place we find Alien: Isolation, whereas The Evil Within and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel can be spotted in seventh and eighth place, respectively. And in the last two places we find Rome: Total War II Emperor’s Edition and Watch_Dogs.
As said, Civilization: Beyond Earth was able to retain its first place on Steam and is followed – this week – by Farming Simulator 15, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. Football Manager 2015 has dropped to fifth place, whereas Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Arma 3 are in sixth and seventh place, respectively. In the last three places of this week’s Steam charts we find Lords of the Fallen, Europa Universalis IV: Art of War and PAYDAY 2.

Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
