CD Projekt RED has announced a new MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) game for iOS, Android and Windows Phone, in which players take control of iconic and powerful characters from the Witcher universe. And as the title suggests, this new MOBA game will be called The Witcher Battle Arena and will be completely free to everyone.
The Witcher Battle Arena is designed with mobile devices in mind, and will combine great accessibility and a balanced learning curve with complex tactics and a limitless array of skill-based strategies gamers can deploy during each battle.
“Designed with fairness in mind, the game features no pay-to-win elements and allows players to unlock every piece of in-game content entirely via gameplay.”
The Witcher Battle Arena will feature two modes: Arena Map and Conquest Mode.
Moreover, it seems that CDPR wants to avoid the usual P2P comments that most F2P games have earner during these past years:
“Everything in the game is unlockable for free, just by playing the game. Our system is honest, well balanced and doesn’t keep you playing for ages to unlock something.”
Enjoy!
