Modus Games today announced that the upcoming JRPG title Cris Tales will be delayed. The publisher was originally planning to release the game in November 17th. However, the Cris Tales will now release on the PC in 2021.
Christina Seelye, CEO of Modus Games, said:
“The decision to delay was a tough one, but was made to ensure that the developers at Dreams Uncorporated and SYCK have a chance to bring the best version of Cris Tales to fans anxiously awaiting its release.”
Cris Tales is a classically inspired JRPG where past, present and future are brought together on one screen. Players can use Crisbell’s amazing ability to slip between eras. Furthermore, players can aid citizens across Crystallis’ kingdoms and push enemies to points in time for an upper hand in battle.
Cris Tales’ hand-drawn, Colombian-inspired world is a charming pairing of fantasy, with tributes to real-world architecture and landmarks, making every step of this enthralling journey a delight to explore.
PC gamers can already download a demo for this game from Steam.
Lastly, Modus Games released a new gameplay trailer that you can find below.
