Hilarious. That’s the word I’m going to use for Ghost Recon: Future Soldier’s latest PC patch. This new patch comes with improve graphics – though the company did not reveal what has been changed or improved – and a fix for the friends list. It’s also packed with compatibility code for some upcoming DLCs. Oh, and it unlocks a number of weapons. Hooray.
Now the reason I chose the word ‘hilarious’ is because the next patch for Future Soldier is what most PC gamers were looking forward to. According to Ubisoft, patch 1.6 is planned for a November release and will come with performance and compatibility improvements, online stability improvements, all consoles Title Updates and fixes for many issues that were reported by the community.
So, until then, enjoy this new patch that will be auto-downloaded next time you start Future Soldier.
Here is the changelog for patch 1.5:
– Graphics improved;
– Compatibility with upcoming DLCs;
– Compatibility with the Ghost Recon Network Competition System;
– Skorpion SMG, GSh-18, Saiga-12 and KARD weapons are now unlockable;
– Friends list issues fixed
