Ubisoft has announced that Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands will be free to play this weekend. During this free weekend, players will gain access to the full open world of Bolivia, including all missions, features and side activities.
Furthermore, players will be able to experience the Splinter Cell mission that is part of the Year 2 season content for Ghost Recon Wildlands. In this mode, players will have to head over to La Cruz to meet Sam Fisher and take on a high-risk infiltration challenge. The rewards for completing this mission are Sam Fisher’s Night Vision Goggles with their own Splinter Cell vision, new Proximity Mines and a Splinter Cell Patch.
As always, all of your progress and Operators will carry over if you decide to upgrade to the full game.
This free weekend will start on April 12, 2018 at 12:01AM PDT, and will end on April 15, 2018 at 11:59PM PDT!

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2. John has also written a higher degree thesis on the “The Evolution of PC graphics cards.”
