2013 is kicking off incredibly for Runic Games, as its action hack’n’slash RPG, Torchlight II, has managed to surpass one million sold copies. Of course this number cannot come close to the one of Diablo III, but we should note that Runic is a small studio, meaning that they needed less copies to be sold in order to break even.
Furthermore, the entire Torchlight series is on sale thanks to Steam’s Winter Sales. PC gamers can get the first Torchlight with a 75% and the second part of this series with a 50% discount.
Enjoy!

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
