Semaphore today announced that the Steam Greenlight page of its Uncharted 3-inspired action adventure title, Unearthed: Trail of Ibn Battuta, is now live and the PC/Mac versions will be released on Steam as soon as the game is Green lit with the other platforms to follow shortly after. In addition, the company released a new trailer for it that can be viewed below.
Unearthed: Trail of Ibn Battuta is a third person action adventure game set in modern day Middle East that is presented in a TV-Style episodic format and it will be available in both Arabic and English voiceover and with 21 languages for menus and subtitles.
The game will mark the first time that a Saudi Arabian development house targets the Sony Playstation 3 and Microsoft Xbox 360 platforms along with other major platforms including: PC, Mac, iPhone, iPad and Android Devices.
The game is utilizing the Unity platform as its core technology solution and is going to be among the first Unity-based titles to be launched on the PlayStation 3 platform.
