The RPCS3 team has released a new video, showing the latest version of its Playstation 3 emulator running a number of triple-A games. From what we can see, Uncharted 3, The Last of Us, Resistance 1 and some Yakuza games run better now on RPCS3, though the first two Sony-exclusive games are nowhere close to being described as playable titles.
Going into more details, The Last of Us and Uncharted 3 can now go in-game for the first time (without using a save file). Needless to say that these two games do not run well on RPCS3 so no, you won’t be able to play them with this latest version. Still, the team is making a lot of progress overall.
This new version of RPCS3 also fixes some graphical glitches in several games such as Resistance: Fall of Man, Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2, Bleach: Soul Resurrection and WET.
Those interested can download the latest build of RPCS3 from its official website.
Enjoy!
