Lancaster Devs has announced that it is working on a new first-person WW2 game, called Vendetta 1943. Vendetta 1943 will be using Unreal Engine 4, and below you can find its debut gameplay trailer, alongside some screenshots.
Vendetta 1943 is a realistic cooperative MMO set in World War II. Players will immerse themselves in authentic cooperative battles with a great diversity of detailed maps based on real locations. Moreover, the game will feature precise gameplay in the use of realistic arsenal of Allies and the Axis forces.
The team’s goal is to bring the best war action, adrenaline and uncertainty complemented by special effects. The game will feature operations carried out on beaches like Utah/Omaha, and towns such as, Sainte-Mère-Église, Sainte-Marie-du-Mont and Carentan. Players will be able to fight battles in farms, towns, mountains and roads of the map. Players will also be able to recreate missions or fight battles in specific locations fixed by the server.
In order to showcase the game’s current state, the team revealed its first screenshots. You can also find below its debut gameplay trailer. As you can see, the game looks lovely, however, it has a lot of post-processing effects. This may frustrate some gamers so here is hoping that the game will allow you to tweak them.
Enjoy!
