NVIDIA has announced that Warhammer 40K: Darktide will support both DLSS and Ray Tracing. According to the green team, Fatshark will be using Ray Tracing in order to enhance the game’s reflections and global illumination. Moreover, NVIDIA shared the first ray-traced screenshots that you can find below.
In Warhammer 40K: Darktide, players will need to combine both FPS and melee skills as they get up close and personal in visceral clashes between Imperium and Chaos factions.
Built on the legacy of Vermintide 2’s melee combat, Darktide introduces a deep and balanced gunplay to the mix. Players will have to master the balance between ranged and melee combat as they fight through a slew of enemies.
The game will also let players choose their class and customize their skillset and load-out. Players can upgrade their gear, customize their character’s looks, and prove their worth to the elusive Inquisitor.
Warhammer 40K: Darktide will release on September 13th!
