In almost an hour, NVIDIA’s CES 2017 keynote will begin. While NVIDIA will focus on a variety of subjects (like AI and cars), pc gamers can look forward to some interesting reveals.
BioWare will showcase the PC version of Mass Effect: Andromeda during NVIDIA’s CES 2017 keynote. Not only that, but we’re almost certain that the green team will reveal its new GPU, the GeForce GTX1080Ti.
According to reports, the GeForce GTX1080Ti will be almost as fast as the Titan X Pascal but will cost far less. Furthermore, the GeForce GTX1080Ti may be a full implementation of the GP102 GPU. PC gamers got a glimpse of what the full implementation of the GP102 can do when NVIDIA released theĀ Quadro P6000.
It’s worth noting that AMD will also hold an event for its Radeon Vega Architecture later today, so it will be interesting to see whether VEGA will be able to compete with NVIDIA’s upcoming GPU.

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
