Epic Games has announced that World of Goo is currently available for free on the Epic Games Store until May 16th. World of Goo is a multiple award winning physics based puzzle / construction game made entirely by two guys that originally came out in 2008 on the PC.
My guess is that most of our readers have already played this game as it is more than ten years old. Still, if you for some reason you haven’t had the chance of playing it, we strongly suggest downloading it from here.
Epic Games has also announced that Stories Untold will be the next free game that will be offered to all PC gamers.
Stories Untold is described as a narrative-driven experimental adventure game, that bends the genre into something completely unique. Combining a mix of classic text-adventure, point-and-click and more, 4 short stories are packaged together into a single mysterious anthology that has been described as “a fantastic, fascinating example of interactive visual storytelling” and earning widespread critical acclaim since release.
Have fun everyone!

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
