Wargaming.net has just announced that the latest Update for their team-based massively multiplayer online action game, World of Tanks, will be rolled out on June 30th. Update 6.5 will bring up two premium light tanks, as well as the highly-anticipated American tank destroyers line, two new maps and will replace the M26 Pershing with the M46 Patton.
Wargaming.net CEO, Victor Kislyi said:
“We constantly keep polishing the game balance, and updating World of Tanks to 6.5 is yet another important step in this direction. That’s just the first of the two American TDs branches we’ll be implementing, so we will bring even more strategic satisfaction to our players in the nearest future.”
World of Tanks is the first and only team-based massively multiplayer online action game dedicated to armored warfare. The game features a flexible system of authentic vehicle upgrade and development. Teamwork is essential as victory is achieved by combining your combat skills with those of the other members of your team.
World of Tanks is free-to-play and those interested can register at the game’s Official Website in order to download the game’s client and start playing it.
