Good news for all PC rally fans as the PC demo of WRC 3 has just been released. This demo is identical to the console one that was unleashed a couple of weeks ago and is 1.23GB in size. WRC 3 also features a brand new graphics engine, called Spikengine, allowing Milestone to accurately model lighting, particle effects and other real-world characteristics to create an in-game virtual reality, offering complete immersion in the WRC universe.
The game has improved crowd effects, rebuilt stages and new cinematic introductions to each stage. WRC 3 features more than 50 official WRC teams, alongside Class 2 and Class 3 series. WRC 3 also offers amazing Super Special Stages.
WRC3 promises to be packed with more than 50+ Official Race Teams, 35+ different cars, every track from the championships and a completely re-designed career mode. The game is planned for an October 12th release on PC, X360 and PS3.

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
