Good news for PC fighting fans as Yatagarasu: Attack on Cataclysm’s IndieGoGo campaign has managed to hit its initial goal of $68K. The campaign for this upcoming PC fighting game has raised $110K in total, so we can safely say that it was successful.
Yatagarasu is an original 2D fighting game for PC (Windows) which features 8 playable characters, high quality old school graphics, and gameplay that is easily accessible to anyone. This title has been created by a team comprised of three former SNK / King of Fighters staff, and can be played for free.
Yatagarasu Attack on Cataclysm will be a brand new version of Yatagarasu with all-new new characters and many new features. Moreover, Attack on Cataclysm will be fully localized into English for gamers around the world.

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
