We really love when modders introduce new camera perspectives to older games. Back in 2017, we informed you about a mod that enabled a first-person mode in The Witcher 3. And today, we are happy to report that there is a new mod for Dragon Age: Inquisition that lets players experience Bioware’s RPG in first-person perspective.
Created by modder ‘wavebend’, this mod introduces a first-person camera with full body awareness, crosshair, and a toggle feature to switch on the fly between the first-person and third-person perspectives. Naturally, this mod works on both combat and non-combat areas, such as Skyhold.
What’s also really cool here is that in first-person mode, players will be able to manually aim arrows using the crosshair, regardless of whether auto-targeting is active or not.
According to the modder, this realistic first-person mod is not tuned for combat, meaning that players may run into tons of issues while using it. Still, we believe that this is a pretty cool way to re-experience Bioware’s RPG.
Those interested can download this realistic first-person mod for Dragon Age: Inquisition from here, and below you can find its key features.
Have fun!
