The official Steam page of One Piece Pirate Warriors 3 was updated yesterday, revealing the game’s release target window, as well as its PC requirements. One Piece Pirate Warriors 3 is planned for an August release, and PC gamers will at least need an Intel Core2Duo with 512MB of RAM and an Nvidia GeForce 8800 or ATI Radeon HD 3870 GPU. Milestone and PQube have released the third and final developer diary for Sebastien Loeb Rally Evo. This dev diary covers: shading technologies, and how lighting calculations provide photorealistic effects for the game assets; particle effects, a vital element in rally games, where interactions between the vehicle and the various different types of road surface are key; vegetation management, analysed on-site and developed over a series of stages for the fullest and most realistic vegetation ever seen in a rally game; and vehicle physics and 3D simulation. “Ragnosaur” Shows a Highly Detailed Dragon Running in Realtime in Unreal Engine 4

ArtStation’s artist ‘Eric Wilkinson‘ has released a video and three high resolution screenshots from his Unreal Engine 4 project, Ragnosaur. As Eric noted, this project started off with Pixologic Zbrush, then off to Autodesk Mudbox, rigged and animated in Maya and brought into Unreal Engine 4. It looks cool, so be sure to check it out! Super Mario 64 HD Unity Remake – New Version Sports HDR, Specular Bump Mapping & Improved Lighting

A couple of days ago, we informed you about a fan-made remake of the first level from Super Mario 64 in the Unity Engine. Reddit’s member ‘varietygamer‘ has experimented with its source code and released a new overhauled version of it. This new version packs improved lighting and shadows, HDR + Depth of Field + Edge Shading, Volumetric Clouds, Specular Bump mapping on most textures and high resolution landscape textures.
