Interceptor Entertainment has released a huge update for Rise of the Triad – that weights around 1GB – and adds quicksaves and the much anticipated Ludicrous Development Kit. In addition, this patch comes with lots of fixes for both the SP and the MP mode, adds support for community multiplayer and single player maps, and adds proper map rotation enabled to its MP Dedicated Server tool. Need For Speed: Rivals – Ultimate Cars, Speed and Rivalry Trailer
Alongside the launch trailer of SimCity: Cities of Tomorrow and Battlefield 4’s MP mode, Electronic Arts has also released a trailer for its upcoming racer, Need For Speed: Rivals. Call of Duty: Ghosts – Official Extinction Reveal Trailer
Activision has just released the official reveal trailer for Call of Duty: Ghosts’ Extinction mode. Extinction will be an all-new 1-4 player cooperative game mode, featuring a unique blend of fast-paced survival action, FPS base defense, scavenging and class leveling. Think of it as Call of Duty meets StarCraft, because that’s basically what seems to be. And since COD: Ghosts will feature zerglings, it will be interesting to see whether DICE will finally include any dino mode in BF4. Enjoy! Indie Developer Sells His House In Order To Fund His Game
Okay, this definitely caught my attention. In the latest press release for his indie title, Spark Rising, John Lee, founder of Wicked Loot, revealed that he had sold his house in order to fund the development of it. With the rise of Kickstarter, Lee has also launched a campaign in the hopes of getting some more help in order to finish it.
