Capcom has announced that the third closed beta testing phase for Street Fighter V will take place this weekend. Not only that, but Capcom announced that the final version will support Steam OS, and that the upcoming beta testing phase will support the Steam controller.
Well not long after the Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 debacle and we’ve received more bad news; Capcom has censored parts of Street Fighter V to make the franchise more welcoming.
Capcom has released a new trailer for Street Fighter V, showcasing all 16 characters that will be featured in its initial release. In addition, this trailer also features the game’s opening cinematic. Street Fighter V will be released next year and will offer cross-platform play between the PC and the PS4 version. Enjoy!
It appears that Eurogamer has spoiled Capcom’s big surprise for the Paris Games Week event. As it was reported, Street Fighter V will be coming to the PC and PS4 on February 16th. Although Eurogamer acted fast, you can find a cached page of the news here.

Capcom has just announced that the PC closed beta testing for Street Fighter V will be launched on Octover 23rd. Capcom decided to move up the start time for PC gamers so that they will have an extra day of beta participation, which is undoubtedly cool.
Capcom has officially revealed today a new character that will be added to Street Fighter V’s character roster. This new character is Laura; a female character that seems to have similar moves to Abel. Below you can view some screenshots for this new character, as well as a new trailer. Enjoy!
Capcom has announced that the second beta – and the first PC beta – for Street Fighter V will begin this month. While the second beta will launch on October 22nd and will last until October 25th, PC gamers will be able to play only the last two days (October 24th and October 25th).
