Electronic Arts and Criterion released the Gamescom 2012 Multiplayer trailer for Need For Speed: Most Wanted. Need for Speed: Most Wanted offers players an expansive open world packed with exhilarating action where they can choose their own path to become the Most Wanted. Players will have the freedom to drive anywhere, discover hidden gameplay, take down rivals, challenge friends or just hang out and toy with the cops. Bohemia Interactive has released some new Gamescom 2012 screenshots for its upcoming military sim first person shooter title, ArmA 3. As always, ArmA 3 looks great, though we are kind of spoiled by Crytek’s work with Crysis 3 textures. On the other hand, ArmA 3 has bigger environments that are based on a real-life locations, with more advanced balistics and the ability to fly jets and helicopters in them. Crystal Dynamics released a new set of screenshots for Tomb Raider. Tomb Raider promises to deliver an intense and gritty story into the origins of Lara Croft and her ascent from a frightened young woman to a hardened survivor. This new ‘Tomb Raider’ game is a reboot of the series and borrows some elements from Naughty Dog’s Uncharted series. Tomb Raider is planned for a March 5th release. Enjoy! Activision has released some new screenshots for Treyarch’s upcoming Call of Duty title, Black Ops 2. In addition – and as promised – the MP mode of Black Ops 2 is playable at this year’s Gamescom and YouTube’s member ‘LupinStudios’ has captured over an hour of gameplay footage. Konami has released a new set of screenshots and a Gamescom 2012 trailer for its upcoming soccer game, PES 2013. Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 promises to be the best PES game ever. Yes yes, we’ve heard this claims and before, however, its demo looked – and played – better than any of its previous parts. This is the first game in which Shingo “Seabass” Takatsuka is not involved, and might as well be better than its predecessors. PES 2013 is scheduled for release later this year. Enjoy! Now that’s more like it. After that awful Gamescom 2012 trailer, Lucas Arts decided to release some new screenshots for its upcoming Star Wars game. And although these shots are taken from the trailer, we can at least stare at them for as long as we want to. There is no doubt that Star Wars 1313 looks great and these new images prove why both Sony and MS should speed things up and release their next-generation consoles. Star Wars 1313 is currently planned for a PC release, but we expect it to be ported to next-generation consoles too.
